Discovery of Gravitational Wave

    Gravitational Wave

In the year 2017 Kip S. Throne, Rainer Weiss and Barry C. Barish won the Nobel Prize in Physics for the contribution on the detection of the gravitational waves.

Gravitational waves is the ripple in the curvature of space-time which is caused by the motion of the massive objects.

Albert Einsetin predicted the existence of the gravitational waves in the year 1916.

In the year 2015, scientist detected the gravitational waves for the first time.
