David Bohm made a significant contribution to physics, particularly quantum mechanics.
He developed the theory of plasma, his book “Quantum Theory” is published in the year 1951.
He developed his own interpretation of quantum theory which is known as the De Broglie-Bohm theory, also called the pilot wave theory.
In 1961, Bohm was made professor of theoretical physics at the University of London’s Birbeck College.
