Coulomb’s law is published in 1785 by the physicist Charles-Augustin de Coulomb.
COULOMBS’S LAW STATES THAT THE ELECTRIC FORCE BETWEEN THE TWO CHARGES IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO THE PRODUCT OF THE MAGNITUDE OF THEIR CHARGE AND INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL TO THE SQUARE OF DISTANCE BETWEEN THEM.
