Wormhole (or Einstein–Rosen bridge or Einstein–Rosen wormhole) can be visualized as a tunnel with two ends at separate points in space-time.
First of all, wormhole is the only hypothetical concepts in until now.
There is no evidence yet that wormhole exists.
